Your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 100% refund or replacement item if there has been a mistake on our part. This applies to the following:
- Your item is damaged. If your product is defective or not working properly, please let us know and we will send you a replacement.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Always remember to take photos of possible damage!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items without problem within 14 days of receiving them, to exchange it for another item in the store or receive store credit only (if they are in perfect conditions). Refunds are not offered in these cases. Refunds will only be offered if the product has been received in poor condition.
In the exceptional case of not receiving an order after 90 days, you can request a refund. To proceed in both cases, please contact our customer service team: email@example.com
Important : Pay attention when choosing the correct item (color, model, quantity, etc.) as we cannot refund the amount if you commit an error when placing an order.
In the same way, if the shipping address that you provide us when placing the order is wrong, we are not responsible for the product not being delivered correctly.
Please carefully check the confirmation email that we send you immediately after placing the order. If you realize that you have made a mistake when placing the order, please let us know as soon as possible (within a period of 12 hours) in order to solve the problem. After 12 hours from placing the order, the data and information thereof may not be modified.
Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after placing. After this time, the order will be processed automatically and can no longer be canceled.
For returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to our warehouse in Spain. Shipping costs are non-refundable (only in the event that the product is defective).
Important : If you are shipping an item over € 30, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service as otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
